How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, click "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How can I edit my profile?
Access the app menu, select "Profile" and then "Edit Profile". You can change photo, name, region and other information.
How do trades work?
You can view other users' collections, propose trades through chat, and arrange meetings to make the trade in person.
Which devices is the app available for?
CromoSwap is available for iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android devices through the App Store and Google Play Store.
How do I report a user or inappropriate behavior?
On the user's profile, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Report". Describe the problem and our team will investigate.
Can I use CromoSwap without sharing my location?
Yes, location sharing is optional. However, you will not be able to use the "Near You" feature without enabling it.
