You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users under 18 must have permission from parents or legal guardians.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

4. User Conduct

By using CromoSwap, you agree NOT to:

• Post offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the service for fraudulent or unauthorized commercial activities
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the normal functioning of the app
• Use bots or unauthorized automations
• Collect data from other users without permission

5. Trades and Transactions

CromoSwap is a facilitation platform. We are not party to trades between users and have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of items traded.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you post on CromoSwap (photos, descriptions, messages).

6.2 License

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service.

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

CromoSwap, including its design, brand, logo, source code, and functionality, is our exclusive property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express authorization.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Absolute security of trades between users

9. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, RESULTING FROM:

• Use or inability to use the service
• Third-party conduct or content on the service
• Unauthorized access to your information
• Failures in trades between users

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• Your behavior harms other users
• It is necessary for legal or security reasons

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by requesting deletion through our website.

11. Service and Terms Modifications
